    Key Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • Develop & Launch Marketing Strategy: <\/strong>Analyze the IT services market (B2B, outsourcing\/outstaffing), define target audiences, sharpen the company’s positioning, and select the most effective acquisition channels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Build & Scale the Department: <\/strong>Structure the team, hire necessary specialists (Copywriter, SEO, PPC, Designer, etc., as needed), and integrate the existing lead generation team into the overall marketing strategy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Branding & Content Management:<\/strong> Revamp and drive the company\u2019s digital presence (website optimization, corporate social media management on LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Lead Generation & ROI: <\/strong>Set up and optimize the marketing funnel in close synergy with the sales team; track and analyze the ROI of marketing campaigns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Budgeting:<\/strong> Formulate, allocate, and optimize the marketing budget.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      What We Are Looking For:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • 3+ years of experience in IT Marketing (B2B \/ Tech Outsourcing) as a Marketing Specialist, Senior Marketing Manager, Lead, or Head of Marketing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • A proven track record of building marketing strategies or processes from scratch (we want to hear about your hands-on experience being a driver of change).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Deep understanding of modern digital marketing tools and methodologies: SEO, Content Marketing, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), PPC, Inbound\/Outbound.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • English level \u2014 Upper-Intermediate \/ Advanced (as our primary target markets are Western countries).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Proactivity and an entrepreneurial mindset: ability to thrive in an environment with high autonomy, make independent decisions, and take full ownership of results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
