What You’ll Do:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Design and deploy scalable architectures based on Large Language Models (LLMs).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Develop and optimize AI agents for complex business process automation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Fine-tune existing models for domain-specific applications (e.g., Healthcare, FinTech, Autonomous Systems).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Build robust data pipelines and integrate AI components into production-ready software.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Requirements:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Programming:<\/strong> Expert proficiency in Python<\/strong> (the backbone of our AI development).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Frameworks:<\/strong> Hands-on experience with PyTorch<\/strong>, TensorFlow<\/strong>, or JAX<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Generative AI & LLMs:<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • Experience working with OpenAI (GPT-4), Anthropic (Claude), and Llama 3<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Proficiency in orchestration frameworks like LangChain<\/strong> or LlamaIndex<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Deep understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)<\/strong> architectures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Vector Databases:<\/strong> Experience with Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate,<\/strong> or Chroma<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Data Science Toolkit:<\/strong> Strong skills in Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • NLP:<\/strong> Understanding of Transformer architectures and experience with Hugging Face<\/strong> ecosystem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Cloud & MLOps:<\/strong> Basic experience with AWS (SageMaker), Google Cloud (Vertex AI)<\/strong>, Docker, and Kubernetes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Nice-to-Have:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        • Communication:<\/strong> Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English<\/strong> (for direct interaction with international stakeholders).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Specialized Experience:<\/strong> Background in navigation stacks or autonomous mission logic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Community:<\/strong> Active contributions to Open Source AI projects or a strong GitHub portfolio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
