Solution Architect
WHO WE NEED
We are seeking a talented and experienced Solution Architect with a proven track of successful deployments of scalable high-load solutions on production.
Our client – an American start-up which creates AI-based product for organizing and maintaining corporate information and providing services for employees.
As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in defining the technical direction of our projects and ensuring that the right solutions are in place to meet the needs of our client.
Primary Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
- Help in finding the right direction for product development: generation of ideas and testing of hypotheses
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis, which forms the basis for the further development of our product strategy
- Adapt the idea to the domain area
- Develop implementation proposals and project plans
- Evaluate the feasibility of solution concepts
- Evaluate AI solutions and their compatibility with our product
- Architect and set up the AI environment
- Lead the project at all stages of development
Knowledge, Skills, Competencies and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- 6+ years of experience in IT solution architecture, with at least 3 years as a solution architect
- Profound understanding how to build commercial software products, startup lifecycle
- Proven track of designing complex software architecture and successful deployments to production
- Experience with cloud computing and infrastructure, such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
- Experience with microservices and containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of security and data privacy principles
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions to complex challenges
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
