WHO WE NEED
We are looking for a strategic and highly motivated UI/UX Designer who specializes in building complex digital products from the ground up or transforming legacy systems into modern, user-centric experiences.
The ideal candidate isn’t just a “visual executor” but a product thinker. You will be the primary bridge between the client’s business vision and the final product, working directly with stakeholders to shape innovative solutions in Healthcare, Fintech, Automotive, and other high-impact domains.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- End-to-end UX Ownership: Take full responsibility for the UX strategy of new products (from Discovery to Launch) or lead the substantial overhaul of existing platforms.
- Direct Client Collaboration: Act as a design consultant, communicating directly with international customers to extract requirements, present visions, and justify design decisions.
- Cross-functional Integration: Work hand-in-hand with Product Management and Engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and seamless technical implementation.
- Full-cycle Design: Create high-fidelity concepts, prototypes, and scalable design systems for complex SaaS and mobile ecosystems.
- Bridging Design & Tech: Maintain a “hands-on” approach during the development phase to ensure the final product aligns with the initial UX vision.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE
- UX Transformation Record: Proven experience in designing a new product from scratch OR leading a significant UX pivot/redesign for a large-scale existing product.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to discuss requirements and present design strategies directly to English-speaking clients .
- Experience: 3+ years of commercial experience in UI/UX design, specifically for SaaS, web, and mobile platforms.
- Tooling: Expert proficiency in Figma (including advanced prototyping and design systems).
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating deep UX research, user flows, and the “before/after” of complex design challenges.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS THAT WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE
- MA/MSc in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Tech Literacy: Solid understanding of CSS/HTML and how design structures translate into frameworks like React or Angular.
