WHO WE NEED
We are seeking a talented and self-driven Content Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our brand awareness and inbound marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a results-oriented content strategy that strengthens our brand presence, attracts target audiences, and drives lead generation.
AS AN CONTENT MARKETING MANAGER, YOU’LL HAVE THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals to increase brand visibility and attract inbound leads.
- Create and manage high-quality, engaging omni-channel campaigns that resonate with our target audience across multiple platforms.
- Lead and mentor the internal marketing team, ensuring alignment with the company’s content goals and fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
- Collaborate with external media partners, influencers, and industry thought leaders to amplify content reach and authority.
- Analyze content performance metrics and continuously optimize strategies based on data-driven insights to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Ensure an increasing flow of inbound requests through content-driven lead generation efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest content marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, AND EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience as a Content Marketing Manager or similar role in a B2B environment.
- Experience in marketing planning and running productive marketing campaigns.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to craft compelling stories and messages.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization for search engines.
- Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and experience managing social media channels.
- Experience in building backlinks, publishing content on first-grade media outlets, and negotiating with influencers.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and other content performance tools.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful content marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
