WHO WE NEED
We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer to join our team and work on a project for our German client. The goal is to implement features to digitalize our workflow in scrap management and create interfaces to other ERP systems and Omlox systems at production systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules to meet specific business requirements
- Create seamless integrations between Odoo and other enterprise systems using APIs
- Work in an agile development environment, following a ticket-based system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development practices
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, AND EXPERIENCE:
- 4+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Python programming
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo development, including custom module creation and customization
- Solid understanding of Odoo’s architecture, data models, and workflows
- Proficiency in XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Fluency in English (upper-intermediate or higher) with strong verbal communication skills
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with Omlox systems
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices
