WHO WE NEED
We are looking for a talented, motivated, and creative UI/UX Designer who strives for the ultimate experience of customers interacting with innovative and continuously enhanced solutions.
Working in collaboration with other team members, you will integrate your designer solutions into scalable platforms and mobile apps catering to diverse business domains such as Healthcare, Fintech, Automotive, Solar Energy, Supply Chain, and Workflow Process Automation.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for the design and implementation of everything related to User Experience in client’s applications for various web and mobile platforms
- Work with the Product Management and Technology teams to create best-of-breed user experiences
- Create design concepts for web and mobile applications
- Bridging the gap between design and technical implementation, working “hands on” with the product in the development phase
- Beyond working in designing User Interfaces you are truly passionate about the fine details that create great user experiences for web and mobile applications
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE
- At least 2 years of experience in design of commercial websites and mobile applications
- Proficiency in at least one of the following UI/UX design tools: Figma or Sketch
- Good working knowledge of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
- Proven record of UI/UX designs for SaaS and mobile applications
- Profound knowledge of modern Graphic and Design tools, e.g., Figma, Zeppelin, etc.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English (C1)
- Ability to verbally discuss visions and requirements with English-speaking customers
- Ability to work and communicate with client team directly
ADDITIONAL SKILLS THAT WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE
- MA/MSc in Design or related field or equivalent practical experience
- Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS
- Understanding of design structure for JavaScript Frameworks and Libraries such as Angular and React
- Experience in preparing and conducting “design thinking” workshops
