What You’ll Do:
- Design and deploy scalable architectures based on Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Develop and optimize AI agents for complex business process automation.
- Fine-tune existing models for domain-specific applications (e.g., Healthcare, FinTech, Autonomous Systems).
- Build robust data pipelines and integrate AI components into production-ready software.
Requirements:
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python (the backbone of our AI development).
- Frameworks: Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Generative AI & LLMs:
- Experience working with OpenAI (GPT-4), Anthropic (Claude), and Llama 3.
- Proficiency in orchestration frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- Deep understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Vector Databases: Experience with Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, or Chroma.
- Data Science Toolkit: Strong skills in Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
- NLP: Understanding of Transformer architectures and experience with Hugging Face ecosystem.
- Cloud & MLOps: Basic experience with AWS (SageMaker), Google Cloud (Vertex AI), Docker, and Kubernetes.
Nice-to-Have:
- Communication: Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English (for direct interaction with international stakeholders).
- Specialized Experience: Background in navigation stacks or autonomous mission logic.
- Community: Active contributions to Open Source AI projects or a strong GitHub portfolio.
