IT Copywriter (Part-Time)

WHO WE NEED

Insoftex is seeking a talented and experienced IT Copywriter to join our global team on a part-time basis. If you excel at crafting compelling content for technology-driven audiences and have expertise in domains such as Fintech, Edtech, Healthcare, AI/ML, NLP, CV, or Generative AI, we’d love to hear from you.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Produce high-quality, engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
• Research complex technical concepts and clearly communicate them to diverse audiences.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging aligned with Insoftex’s core values and strategic goals.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure content supports overall business objectives.
• Edit, proofread, and optimize content for clarity, accuracy, and audience engagement.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 3 years of professional copywriting experience, specifically in the IT or technology sector.
• Strong domain expertise in at least one of the following areas: Fintech, Edtech, AI/ML, NLP, CV, Generative AI, Healthcare, or related technology fields.
• Proven ability to create content that aligns with target audience personas, enhances website inbound funnels, and demonstrates measurable performance improvement.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail combined with excellent research and analytical capabilities.
• Fluency in English.

Additional skills that will be an advantage:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content performance analytics.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Webflow, or similar platforms.
