WHO WE NEED
We are looking for an architecturally-minded Senior/Lead Full-stack Developer ready to take full responsibility for finalizing and stabilizing an ambitious AI/Data platform.
The project is currently at the “final 20%” stage—where the core functionality is built, but architectural gaps and technical debt are hindering the official release. If you know how to look beyond just writing code, see the system as a whole, identify bottlenecks, and lead a team to a polished result, this role is for you.
About the Project
Our client’s platform is a sophisticated solution at the intersection of Deep Web Scraping and Data Engineering. We collect non-standard data at scale, process it using AI, and build complex relationship models for our clients.
The Team: Currently 3 internal engineers; we are expanding by adding 4 more external developers.
The Challenge: Resolving architectural inconsistencies, instilling a culture of quality, and ensuring consistent delivery to bridge the gap from 80% to 100% product completion.
As a LEAD Full-stack developer, you will
- Ownership: You don’t just execute tickets; you “own” the product’s health. You are responsible for the system’s stability and performance.
- Architectural Oversight: Auditing the current state of the platform, identifying the root causes of recurring issues, and implementing long-term fixes.
- Delivery Leadership: Streamlining development processes so the team can move predictably toward product launch.
- Hands-on Development: Writing mission-critical code, particularly regarding AI integrations and complex data processing.

- Backend: Python (FastAPI), complex API development.
- Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript.
- Data: Postgres, Vector DB (for RAG), Graph DB, S3.
- AI/LLM: OpenAI, LangChain / LangGraph, RAG-based approaches.
- Infra: AWS, Terraform, Boto3.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience: 6+ years in Full-stack development, with a strong focus on Python and modern Frontend frameworks.
- AI Expertise: Practical experience with LangChain/LangGraph and building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
- Data Engineering Mindset: Understanding the specifics of scraping-heavy systems and working with diverse databases (Vector, Graph).
- Leadership: Proven experience in team management or technical mentoring. The ability to integrate quickly into an existing team and implement changes confidently yet collaboratively.
- English: Professional proficiency for direct client communication and technical leadership.
