Senior Front-end React + Next.js Developer

WHO WE NEED

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Front-end Developer to join our team and contribute to building world-class digital experiences for our customers. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex, high-performance web applications using React and Next.js.

They excel at providing comprehensive solutions for clients facing disasters or large-scale projects, from government contracts to supporting the needs of various industries. AS A FRONT-END DEVELOPER, YOU’LL HAVE THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance user interfaces using React and Next.js
• Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to create intuitive and visually appealing user experiences
• Write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code
• Optimize application performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal user experience across different devices
• Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and best practices

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, AND EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development
• Strong proficiency in React and Next.js
• Deep understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and writing skills in English (B2+)
• Ability to work and communicate with client team directly

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Experience with TypeScript
• Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR)
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library)
• Experience with build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite)
