Marketing assistant (English & German)
WHO WE NEED
As a Marketing assistant at Insoftex, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and connecting with potential customers. Your primary responsibilities will involve initiating communication, engaging prospects on various platforms, and effectively conveying our services and expertise. Your empathetic approach, exceptional communication skills, and ability to understand business needs will be the foundation for building lasting relationships.
Primary Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
- Initiate and maintain communication with potential customers through email, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Clearly and persuasively communicate our software development services, outsourcing solutions, and engineering expertise
- Develop a deep understanding of potential customers' needs and pain points to effectively position our offerings
- Utilize exceptional soft skills and empathy to establish rapport and build long-lasting relationships with prospects
- Qualify leads using the BANT methodology (Budget, Authority, Need, Time) to ensure alignment with our solutions
- Regularly follow up and nurture prospects, providing valuable information and insights tailored to their requirements
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies
- Proficiency in typical office applications, including Google Documents, Google Spreadsheets, email clients, CRM systems, etc
Knowledge, Skills, Competencies and Experience
- Proficiency in both verbal and written English and German is essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Demonstrated empathy and the ability to connect with prospects on a personal level
- Basic knowledge of business communication etiquette and casual communication styles for emails and chatting
- Experience with typical office applications such as Google Documents, Google Spreadsheets, email clients, CRM systems, etc
- Passion for technology and a desire to learn about software development and outsourcing
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
- Enthusiasm for working in a collaborative team environment
- A proactive mindset with a goal-oriented approach to lead generation
- Prior experience in lead generation, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory
