Insoftex is an established software development company entering a new scaling phase — and we’re looking for a marketing leader to build the engine that powers it. Today, marketing runs on ad-hoc tasks. Your job is to replace that with a coherent growth strategy that directly, measurably grows the number of new clients.
This is a build-and-own role. You’ll redesign how marketing works here, establish a steady pipeline of high-quality opportunities, and take full ownership from positioning through execution and team management. You report to the Founder, define strategy with real autonomy, and lead the existing lead-generation team as it grows.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy focused on sustainable customer acquisition
- Lead the lead-generation team and lift funnel conversion rates
- Own the full arc — market analysis, positioning, execution, and team management
- Build robust analytics that measure marketing ROI, and report data-driven results to leadership
- Hire, manage, and integrate the specialists needed to hit growth targets

What we're looking for
- 4+ years in B2B IT marketing with a clear focus on customer acquisition and lead generation
- Proven track record rebuilding or scaling a marketing function from the ground up
- Entrepreneurial mindset — you operate autonomously and own strategic results, not just tasks
- Deep, hands-on command of modern B2B marketing — ABM, SEO, and PPC
- Fluent use of AI tools to optimize workflows and scale output
- Comfort building analytics and reporting that tie marketing spend to pipeline and ROI
- Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English
Nice to have
- Experience marketing software development or IT services to founders, CTOs, and technical buyers
- Background hiring and managing a small marketing or lead-gen team
- Familiarity with GEO/AEO — positioning content to be found and cited by AI answer engines
