We possess strong technical expertise and functional lead generation tools, and we want more — to build a systemic, recognizable, and high-driving marketing ecosystem. That is why we are looking for a Marketing Manager who is ready to take on full autonomy, craft a strategy from scratch, and lead this direction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Launch Marketing Strategy: Analyze the IT services market (B2B), define target audiences, sharpen the company’s positioning, and select the most effective acquisition channels.
- Build & Scale the Department: Structure the team, hire necessary specialists (Copywriter, SEO, PPC, Designer, etc., as needed), and integrate the existing lead generation team into the overall marketing strategy.
- Branding & Content Management: Revamp and drive the company’s digital presence (website optimization, corporate social media management on LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Lead Generation & ROI: Set up and optimize the marketing funnel in close synergy with the sales team; track and analyze the ROI of marketing campaigns.
- Personally Execute Marketing Tasks: As you build the foundation from scratch, you will be deeply involved in the hands-on execution of marketing tasks before fully delegating them.
- Budgeting: Formulate, allocate, and optimize the marketing budget.
What We Are Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in IT Marketing (B2B / Tech Outsourcing) as a Marketing Specialist, Senior Marketing Manager, Lead, or Head of Marketing.
- A proven track record of building marketing strategies or processes from scratch (we want to hear about your hands-on experience being a driver of change).
- A proven track record of achieving business goals through marketing activities and building strategies or processes from scratch (we want to hear about your hands-on experience being a driver of change).
- Deep understanding of modern digital marketing tools and methodologies: SEO, Content Marketing, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), personal and business SMM, PPC, Inbound/Outbound, online events (webinars).
- English Level: Upper-Intermediate / Advanced (as our primary target markets are Western countries). Upper-Intermediate+ level in spoken communication is a must for effective professional interactions.
- Proactivity and an entrepreneurial mindset: ability to thrive in an environment with high autonomy, make independent decisions, and take full ownership of results.
- Continuous Innovation: A proactive mindset focused on seeking and experimenting with new, non-standard marketing solutions that work.
- Experience with AI & Automation: Active use of modern AI-based tools in marketing workflows and marketing automation to scale results and save time.
